Raleigh Fitness Boot Camps is an indoor/outdoor group fitness program for men and women that offers outstanding fitness instructors, a team environment and a large helping of motivation to keep you on track every step of the way! Each boot camp session is loaded with fun and energizing activities specifically designed to help you successfully achieve your weight and fitness goals.

Our fitness boot camp program combines both military and sports conditioning to provide the most effective boot camp in the area. Our classes are usually 45 minutes and take place outdoors behind our Boot Camp Studio next to Flex-Fit Training on our 80 yard sports training area.
